This is one of two known Tenor Cors that still exist. The Tenor Cor is more or less equivalent to the American Mellophone (not to be confused with current marching mellophones).

It appears to play in Eb, but is missing the leadpipe.

Serial number is 18xxx.

Record indicate this instrument was manufactured in 1924.
